TrendingVault is built to be useful, not to harvest data. This policy explains clearly and plainly what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who We Are
TrendingVault (trendingvault.uk) is an independent web publisher providing free browser-based tools, Android apps, mini games, and educational guides. We operate under the TrendingVault brand.
We collect the minimum necessary to operate the site and improve it:
Analytics data — via Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This includes approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, pages visited, and time on site. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before storage. This data helps us understand which tools are useful and how to improve them.
Contact form submissions — when you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected reason, and message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Ad network data — we display ads via Google AdSense and Monetag. These networks may set cookies and collect data about your browsing behaviour to serve relevant ads. See their privacy policies for full details.
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not require registration or accounts of any kind
We do not collect payment information — all tools are free
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
We do not store contact form submissions in a database — messages go directly to our email inbox
We do not track you across other websites (except where ad networks do so under their own policies)
Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish users and sessions. These persist for up to 2 years but contain no personally identifiable information.
Advertising cookies — Google AdSense and Monetag may set cookies for ad personalisation and measurement. You can opt out of personalised ads via Google Ad Settings or the NAI opt-out page.
Service worker — our Monetag push notification integration registers a service worker (sw.js) which may store preferences locally in your browser. This is used only for notification delivery and does not transmit personal data to us.
You can clear or block cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use any TrendingVault tools.
Third-Party Services
TrendingVault integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
Cloudflare — our hosting provider and DNS. Cloudflare may process visitor IP addresses for security and performance purposes — cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Analytics data — retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (our configured retention period), after which it is automatically deleted.
Contact emails — kept in our inbox for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, typically no longer than 12 months.
Ad network data — governed by Google AdSense and Monetag retention policies respectively.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right to access — request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data
Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Right to object — object to processing for direct marketing or legitimate interest purposes
Right to data portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

Children's Privacy
TrendingVault is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.

TrendingVault links to third-party websites and tools (including our own sub-domain sites like bulkrenamer.win, xofficetools.pages.dev, and others). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify visitors. Continued use of TrendingVault after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
